- Established by Minesuke Arai as Arai Tekkosho(Arai Iron Works) at Tsukishima,
Kyobashi-ku, Tokyo
Started manufacture and sale of hand oil pumps - 1937 August
- Shifted of the factory at Kita-kojiya-cho, Kamata-ku, Tokyo
- 1946 August
- Hiroshi Arai re-started the above factory
- 1951 July
- Renamed as a Limited Liability Company of Arai Tekkosho
- 1957 May
- Increased capital to JPY 3 million

- Built parts assembly shop at 1-chome, Nishi-kamata, Ohta-ku, Tokyo
